flavor profile: bitter tasting but not unpleasant, with a slightly green, earthy finish. often combined with mint or citrus peel to soften the flavor.

steeping instructions: steep 1 teaspoon of dried papaya leaf in 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. strain before drinking. may be blended with other herbs for a more balanced taste.
