purchase options cancellation policy

we offer both one-time purchases and recurring purchase options for your convenience.

one-time purchases:
orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. if you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at questions@berrykissedbliss.com and we will do our best to assist.

recurring purchases (subscriptions):
you may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. to avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.
