orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way.

shipping rates and delivery times (usps guidelines)

usps first-class mail: 2–5 business days

usps priority mail: 1–3 business days

usps priority mail express: 1–2 business days

international shipping: available where applicable; delivery times vary by destination

order tracking
once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. please note that updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier has received your package.

lost, delayed, or stolen packages
berry kissed bliss is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. if your package is delayed or missing, please contact usps directly for assistance. if additional help is needed after contacting the carrier, email us at questions@berrykissedbliss.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
