general policy
due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed. if you experience any issue with your order, please reach out to questions@berrykissedbliss.com so we can help resolve it promptly.

damaged or incorrect orders
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email questions@berrykissedbliss.com within 48 hours of delivery. include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. once reviewed, eligible orders may receive store credit or a replacement for the affected item.

exchanges and store credit
we do not accept product exchanges or offer refunds. however, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during shipping, we are happy to issue store credit toward a future purchase or send a replacement once the issue has been verified.

product safety and packaging
for the safety of all customers, we cannot accept or restock any opened or used products under any circumstance. all items are non-returnable once shipped. please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if there are concerns about damage or product integrity.

berry kissed bliss is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs after successful delivery to the shipping address provided. please double-check your address before completing checkout.

infestation or contamination concerns
we take great care in sourcing, blending, and storing our herbs. if you discover insects or contamination within 30 days of delivery, please contact questions@berrykissedbliss.com with your order number and photos. verified issues will qualify for store credit or replacement equal to the product’s value.

any items found to be affected after the 30-day period become the responsibility of the purchaser. berry kissed bliss is not liable for any additional expenses or damages resulting from infestation or misuse of the product.

cancellations
orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. if you need help shortly after placing your order, please email us right away.
