botanical name: v. agnus-castus

flavor profile: mint-like with a slightly peppery, astringent finish. often blended with floral or citrus herbs to balance its bold character.

steeping instructions: steep 1 teaspoon of dried chaste berries in 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. strain before drinking. may also be lightly crushed before steeping to enhance extraction.
