ingredients (organic + wildcrafted):  peppermint, holy basil (tulsi), nettle leaf, mullein leaf, marshmallow root, ginger root, lemon peel, licorice root

brewing instructions:  use 1 tbsp per 8 oz cup. pour freshly boiled water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes. strain and enjoy warm. sweeten with raw honey if desired.
