herbalist tips
keep it low: warm the punch gently so the spices stay soft and the cider doesn't turn bitter.
slow cooker option: add everything to a slow cooker on low and keep it warm for guests for up to 3 hours.
make it ahead: brew the tea a day early and refrigerate, then warm everything together before serving.
garnish it: float an orange round and a cinnamon stick in each mug for a pretty presentation.
good to know
apple cider and juice contain natural sugars, so taste before adding honey. honey should not be given to children under 1 year old. refrigerate leftovers and enjoy within 3 days.
