important: specialty and custom blend options will display a price of $0.00 at checkout for ordering purposes only. this does not mean your samples are free. once your blend and sampling needs are finalized, your actual price will be determined and a separate invoice will be sent for payment.

production timeline

all tea sampling orders require a minimum order: 25 samples per blend and minimum 10-day production lead time. this allows time for blending, portioning, packaging, and preparing your samples for your event.

please order with your event date in mind. the 10-day lead time is for production and does not include shipping or transit time.

custom or specialty requests may require additional time depending on the blend, ingredients, quantity, and scope of the order. if additional production time is needed, we'll discuss that with you before your blend is finalized.

custom blends can be created around your event, theme, flavor direction, or overall experience. specialty blends are also available when you're looking for something outside of our standard sampling options.

standard sampling packages are intended for sampling, gifting, and promotional use. they are not full-size retail tea bags.

all sampling orders require at least 10 days for production. shipping time should be considered separately when selecting your event timeline.

specialty and custom blend selections showing $0.00 are not complimentary. final pricing is determined after your blend is selected or developed and will be invoiced separately.

how far in advance should i order?
all tea sampling orders require a minimum 10-day production lead time. if your samples will be shipped, please allow additional time for transit. custom and specialty requests may require additional production time.

why does the custom or specialty option say $0.00?
the $0.00 price simply allows you to place your request through the website before final pricing is known. once we've finalized your blend, quantity, and any custom details, you'll receive an invoice for the actual cost.

do i need an invoice for a regular collection blend?
no. if you're selecting one of the standard sampling options with published pricing, you can pay directly at checkout.

can i order more than one tea?
if you need multiple blends or a mixed assortment, choose the appropriate custom option so we can determine the best setup and pricing for your order.

can you create a tea specifically for my event?
yes. custom formulation is available and priced according to the blend, ingredients, quantity, and scope of your request.

are the samples ready to brew?
yes. each sample contains a tasting-size portion of loose leaf tea. brewing requirements may vary by blend, so follow the brewing information provided with your selected tea.
