brewing instructions:  cold brew: place 1 pouch in 32 oz (1 quart) of cold, filtered water. cover and steep in the fridge overnight (8–12 hours).  hot brew: steep 1 pouch in 32 oz of boiling water (212°f) for 5–10 minutes. enjoy warm or pour over ice.
