ingredients:  spearmint leaf, lemongrass, orange peel, peppermint, rosehips, raspberry leaf, cinnamon

brewing instructions:  steep 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea per 8-12 oz cup of almost boiling water (approximately 175-185°F) for 5-10 minutes. adjust steeping time for a lighter or stronger flavor. enjoy hot or iced.
