ingredients:
1 tsp spearmint
1 tsp lemon balm
1 tsp raspberry leaf
½ tsp lemongrass
slice of lemon (optional)
honey (optional)

instructions:
bring water to a boil.
add your herbs to a tea infuser or directly into a mug.
pour 8 oz of hot water (just off the boil) over the herbs.
cover and steep for 6–8 minutes.

while it steeps:
place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
take three deep, grounding breaths.
feel your body soften with each exhale.
