1 tsp maca root powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, or dairy)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey

instructions:
warm milk in a small pot over medium heat.
whisk in maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla (if using), and sea salt until smooth.
remove from heat and stir in sweetener.
