ingredients:
2 tbsp dried lavender
2 tbsp dried lemon balm
1 cup water
¾ cup raw honey
instructions:
simmer lavender and lemon balm in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
strain the herbs and stir in honey while the liquid is still warm.
store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 3–4 weeks.
take 1–2 teaspoons as part of your wind-down routine.
