ingredients:
1–2 tsp citrus spice cleanse tea
a calm space for sipping and stillness
optional: lemon slice or fresh ginger
instructions:
bring water to a boil.
place the tea blend in an infuser or directly in your mug.
pour 8 oz of hot water (just off the boil) over the herbs.
steep for 8–10 minutes.
while it steeps:
place your hands on your belly.
take three deep breaths — inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
notice where you’re holding tension and allow yourself to soften.
