ingredients:  chicory root, dandelion root, chaga, carob, cocoa nibs, cocoa, oregon grown hazelnuts, astragalus, maca powder, coconut flakes, and extracts

brewing instructions:  use 1 tbsp per 8 oz cup. pour freshly boiled water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 10–12 minutes. strain and enjoy warm with your favorite sweetener or milk of choice.
