maca latte - a creamy, energizing blend for hormone harmony + daily bliss

ingredients:  1 tsp maca root powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional), 1 cup milk of choice, 1 tsp maple syrup or honey, pinch of sea salt

instructions:  warm milk in a small pot over medium heat.  whisk in maca, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt.  remove from heat, stir in sweetener.  froth if desired, and sip slow. 

 

midweek skin + lymph reset – a glow and flow ritual for skin clarity and lymphatic support

ingredients: 1 tsp red clover, 1 tsp calendula, 1 tsp spearmint, 8 oz hot water, optional: honey, lemon, or fresh mint

instructions: add all herbs to a tea infuser or directly into your mug. pour 8 oz of hot water (just off the boil) over the blend. cover and steep for 8–10 minutes. while it steeps, gently massage under your jawline or collarbone to support lymph flow. take three grounding breaths: inhale deeply, exhale fully. sip slow and enjoy.
