from southern roots to soulful rituals
Hi, I’m Kymberley Berry-Cheatham, the heart and hands behind Berry Kissed Bliss.
My journey into herbal wellness and intentional self-care began long before Berry Kissed Bliss existed. It began in southern Georgia, where I was raised by a strong and unwavering single mother who built our home on faith, resilience, and the courage to live authentically.
She believed deeply in education, perseverance, and becoming the fullest version of yourself. She pushed me to be tenacious, to stand firmly in who I was, and to never shrink my voice. Even when her lessons were tough, they were always rooted in love.
She also gave me something just as important. The freedom to be curious, creative, and connected to the world around me.
Looking back, I can see how those early years planted the seeds for the work I do today.
In many Southern homes, healing traditions live quietly in everyday rituals. A warm cup of tea when someone is not feeling well. A remedy shared between women who may never call themselves herbalists but still understand the language of plants. A deep respect for nature and the way it supports us.
Those traditions stayed with me.
Over time, my curiosity for herbs grew into a deeper study of botanical wellness. What began as a personal love for blending teas and crafting body care slowly evolved into something more meaningful. I began to see how small rituals could help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create moments of care within their everyday lives.
That belief eventually became the heart of Berry Kissed Bliss.
Today, everything I create is rooted in the same intention. To help people return to themselves through simple, grounding rituals that nourish the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
Because caring for yourself is not indulgent. It is essential.
