botanical name: tanacetum parthenium

flavor profile: mildly herbaceous with a pleasant, slightly bitter undertone. often blended with floral or minty herbs to mellow the flavor.

steeping instructions: steep 1 teaspoon of dried feverfew leaves in 8 oz of hot water for 5–10 minutes. strain before drinking. may be combined with complementary herbs to soften its bitterness.
