ingredients:
½ cup dried elderberries
2 cups water
1 tsp cinnamon chips
½ tsp ginger root
½ tsp whole cloves
¾ cup raw honey

instructions:
simmer elderberries, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
remove from heat and strain into a clean bowl.
let cool until just warm, then stir in raw honey.
store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3–4 weeks.
